When is rent due?
Due on 1st, received after close of business on the 5th will be assessed a late fee as per lease.

How do I pay rent?
Rent must be paid electronically/online through the resident portal or dropped off in the Rent Dropbox located in the Mail Room. All payments should be made payable to AMC As Receiver For CI 6E Lancaster Avenue Associates LP (legal owning entity – not the name of the community). Please do not make checks payable to Altman Management Company. All payments must be in the form of personal check, money order or certified check. No cash will be accepted.

When do I get my security deposit back?
Security refunds are subject to any charges due for damages, unpaid rent, etc. If you are due a refund, it will be processed within 30 days from your lease expiration date.

When do the exterminators come?
Exterminators come every Monday.

What should I do if I have an after-hours maintenance emergency?
