When is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the first of the month. All rent payments received after the fifth will be assessed a late fee as per your lease agreement.
Who should rent be made payable to?
All payments should be made payable to HP Altman Autumn Ridge, LLC (legal owning entity – not the name of the community). Please do not make checks payable to Altman Management Company. All payments must be in the form of personal check, money order or certified check. No cash will be accepted.
When do I get my security deposit back?
Security refunds are subject to any charges due for damages, unpaid rent, etc. If you are due a refund, it will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date you move out.
Are satellite dishes allowed?
In an effort to maintain our community in as an attractive manner as possible, satellite dishes are not permitted without written approval from the management office. Please contact the management office for specific policy on satellite dishes.
Do you accept package delivery?
Residents should arrange to have all packages delivered directly to their apartments. In the event that a package delivery to the office is essential, advance written notification from the resident must be received by the office authorizing acceptance. A signature will be required from the resident at the time packages are picked up. Residents are asked to pick up packages delivered to the office in a timely manner. Please note that oversized deliveries cannot be accepted and we will not be held responsible for lost articles.
What do I do if I lock myself out of my apartment?
Contact the leasing office immediately. During normal business hours, a service technician will be dispatched to your apartment to let you in. Identification must be shown before a technician will open your door. After hours, you must contact a locksmith to open your door.
Are guest allowed in my apartment?
Any person staying at an apartment for more than ten (10) days is no longer considered a guest. Please contact the leasing office to make the appropriate arrangements.
Where do I dispose of my trash?
All trash is to be placed securely in plastic bags. Please deposit these bags in containers conveniently located throughout the community. Please do not commingle trash and recyclables. Trash compactors & recycling (glass, aluminum and cardboard) containers are located next to Bldg. S located at the end of the main entrance off of Little Gloucester Rd. and at Bldg. I. If you wish to dispose of any large items, please contact the leasing office for specific instructions. Trash is collected every Monday and Thursday.

The exterminator is at the community every Tuesday.
