Our pool is professionally managed by a certified pool company. Exact dates of pool opening and closing each season will be sent out to residents in April by the leasing office.

Ridge Carlton has a beautiful, newly remodeled community room complete with a flat screen TV. Residents are invited to stop by during the day to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book, chat with their neighbors or just relax and watch TV.
