Robert Bluth, Principal ↓

Robert Bluth, CPA, CPM serves as President of Altman Management Company. His responsibilities include: overseeing the successful operations of approximately 100 apartment communities in the Mid-Atlantic region, property acquisitions, and investor relations. Leading an experienced team of real estate professionals, Robert's primary focus is on increasing productivity, containing costs and enhancing the long-term value of a diversity of properties.

Formerly, Robert was a partner with Alexander Grant & Company, an international firm of certified public accountants. During his 16 years with Alexander Grant, he specialized in accounting and tax practices for the real estate and construction industries.

Robert is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales License and a Pennsylvania Insurance Brokerage License. Additionally, Robert earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a member of various state CPA societies.



Brett Altman, Principal ↓

Brett Altman is President of Allied Construction Services, the contracting affiliate of Altman Management Company. Since 1976, he has been involved in all aspects of general contracting operations and is highly-recognized for the successful completion of hundreds of residential and commercial projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Brett is an honors graduate of Michigan State University, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. A member of various building and trade organizations and housing agencies, Brett also served as President of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.



Daniel Altman and Steven Altman ↓

Brothers Daniel and Steven, principals at Altman Management Company, played significant roles in the growth and success of the company until their tragic fatalities in August 2009.

Daniel's responsibilities included acquisitions, investor relations and business development. A graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Daniel applied 25+ years of vast real estate knowledge to growing the company's portfolio and cultivating its esteemed reputation.

Steven was directly involved in all aspects of the company's apartment, residential, and commercial projects, along with progressing the company's usage of information technology. He held multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University, Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University. For over 30 years, Steven's diverse experience helped position the company as an industry leader.

Daniel and Steven will be remembered for their vital contributions and devotion to Altman.
